Terms of Service

Plain-English terms covering what we provide, what we do not, what we expect from you, and the rights you hold under Australian Consumer Law that nothing here can take away.

Last updated: 25 July 2026Applies to all AU IPTV Pro customers

1. Agreement

By purchasing, activating or using an AU IPTV Pro subscription or free trial you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. What the service is

AU IPTV Pro is a reseller of third-party internet streaming services. We provide account credentials that allow a compatible media player application to connect to upstream servers operated by third parties.

We do not host, store, record, broadcast, transmit, encode or otherwise supply any television signal, video stream or media file on our own infrastructure. We do not select, control, own or claim any rights in the content delivered by upstream providers, and we make no representation that any particular channel, event or title will be available at any particular time.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all laws applicable to you, including the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and any broadcasting or content regulations in your jurisdiction. If you are unsure whether a particular use is lawful, obtain your own legal advice before proceeding.

You must not:

  • Share, resell, publish or distribute your credentials to anyone outside your household without a reseller agreement with us
  • Attempt to record, re-broadcast, re-transmit or commercially exhibit content received through the service without the rights holder’s permission
  • Use the service in a commercial venue on a residential plan (venue plans are available — see contact)
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with our systems or those of our upstream providers
  • Use the service in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful to others

Breaching this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of your line without refund.

4. Connections and fair use

Each plan specifies a number of simultaneous connections. You may install player applications on unlimited devices, but the number of streams playing at the same time must not exceed your plan limit. Automated systems detect and may temporarily suspend lines that exceed their limit or that show usage patterns consistent with credential sharing.

5. Service availability

We target 99.9% availability and monitor our infrastructure around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Interruptions may occur due to upstream provider issues, your own internet connection, scheduled maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control.

Channel line-ups change. Channels may be added, renumbered, reorganised or removed by upstream providers at any time without notice to us. The availability of any specific channel on the day you subscribe is not a guarantee of its availability for the remainder of your term.

6. Payment and renewal

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken once, upfront, for the term you select. We do not operate automatic recurring billing and do not store card details for that purpose. Your subscription simply ends at the conclusion of the paid term unless you choose to renew it.

7. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL, including that they will be provided with due care and skill and be fit for any disclosed purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 7, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited, at our option, to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of enjoyment.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms, if payment is reversed or charged back, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the service at any time; refunds outside the 7-day window are at our discretion and as required by law.

10. Intellectual property

The AU IPTV Pro name, logo, website design and written content are our property. All third-party trade marks, channel names and programme titles referred to on this website belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively only. Their use does not imply any endorsement of, or affiliation with, AU IPTV Pro.

11. Copyright complaints

Rights holders who believe content accessible through an upstream provider infringes their copyright should follow the process in our DMCA and Copyright Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your purchase. Material changes are notified to active subscribers by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
